FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does Watrem sell now??
Watrem has evolved into a healing and spiritual wellness shop. We curate items for ritual, energy cleansing, and mindful living across these collections
  • Apothecary & Tea — herbal teas, loose botanicals, ritual blends
  • Crystals — raw and polished stones, crystal sets, tumbled gems
  • Incense & Smudge — smudge sticks, palo santo, incense cones and holders
  • Jewelry & Mala — crystal bracelets, mala beads, intention jewelry
  • Home & Altar — altar cloths, candle holders, decorative pieces for your sacred space
  • Books & Decks — oracle decks, tarot, and guidebooks
  • Apparel — intention-based tees and comfort wear
2. Are your crystals authentic?
Yes. Every crystal is sourced from vetted suppliers and arrives with a description of its origin and properties. We do not sell synthetic or dyed stones as natural.
3. How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?
We recommend one of three methods:
  • Smudge — pass the stone through palo santo or sage smoke for 10–20 seconds.
  • Moonlight — place them under the full moon overnight.
  • Selenite — rest the stone on a selenite slab for 4–6 hours.
Avoid water on soft or porous stones (e.g., selenite, pyrite, malachite).
4. What's the difference between white sage and palo santo?
  • White Sage — traditionally used by Native American peoples for deep space clearing. We source only from ethical, sustainable growers.
  • Palo Santo — "holy wood" from South America, used to clear heavy energy and invite calm. Our supply is harvested from fallen branches only, never live trees.
5. I'm new to this — where do I start?
Begin with a small ritual set: one cleansing tool (sage or palo santo), one stone for your intention (e.g., amethyst for calm, citrine for abundance), and a tea or incense to set the mood. Our Apothecary & Tea and Crystals collections are the best entry points.
6. Are your products safe to use?
Our incense, smudge, and botanicals are natural and free from synthetic additives. Always burn smudge and incense in a well-ventilated area, never leave a flame unattended, and keep crystals, teas, and herbs out of reach of children and pets.
7. Can I wear the jewelry in water?
It depends on the stone. Hard stones like clear quartz, amethyst, and obsidian are generally water-safe. Soft or porous stones (selenite, malachite, turquoise) and elastic cord pieces should stay dry. When in doubt, remove before showering or swimming.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Japan, and Southeast Asia. U.S. orders arrive in 2–4 business days; international orders in 7–14 business days.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receipt. Crystal sets and teas are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and paypal.
