Watrem respects the rights of makers, artists and brands. Every product and image on Watrem is chosen by us, and we work only with suppliers who confirm they have the right to sell what they supply.

Copyright notices (DMCA)

If you believe content on Watrem copies your photos, text or other copyrighted work, send a notice to our designated agent with:

1. Your name, address, phone and email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work.
3. The Watrem URL of each page concerned.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices, usually within 3 business days, and remove or disable the content if the notice is valid.

Trademark, design and counterfeit reports

Send the registration number, the pages concerned and an explanation to info@watrem.com. We review every report and remove products that infringe.

Misrepresented Native American goods

We do not describe any product as Native American made unless it is. Report anything that suggests otherwise to info@watrem.com.
