2. We check every piece. Materials, photos, wording and safety information are reviewed before anything goes live.
3. One checkout, 30-day returns. Pay once on Watrem. Every order can be returned within 30 days.

Checkout

Watrem sells every item on this site. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card number.

Shipping

Items ship from our partners' workshops and warehouses in the US, Japan or China, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. The product page shows the delivery estimate before you buy. See Shipping.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on most items. Returns always go to an address in the United States. See Returns & refunds.

If an order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
