1. Who we are. Watrem (watrem.com) is an online shop operated by Seaknhp Corp ("Watrem", "we"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What we sell. Watrem sells every product on this site. We source products from workshops, studios and suppliers in the US, Japan and China. The studio or source name shown on a product identifies where it comes from; your contract of sale is with Watrem.
3. Your account. You must be at least 18, or use Watrem with a parent's or guardian's involvement. Keep your login details private.
4. Orders and prices. Your order is confirmed when we accept your payment. If a price or listing is clearly wrong, or an item is unavailable, we may cancel and refund you in full. Prices include import duties for items shipped from outside the US. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
5. Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
6. Shipping, delays and returns. Our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy are part of these terms. If an order cannot ship in the time shown, you may cancel for a full refund.
7. Health information. Products on Watrem are made for personal practice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on Watrem is medical advice. If you have a health concern, see a doctor or qualified health professional first. Read each product's safety notice before use.
8. Product information. We try to describe products accurately. Handmade and natural items vary in color, size and pattern. Traditional or cultural beliefs mentioned on product pages are described as beliefs, not facts.
9. Reviews and content you post. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with the product. If you received anything in exchange for a review, you must say so. Do not post anything illegal, abusive or promotional. You give Watrem a licence to display what you post. We publish all reviews that meet these rules, positive or negative.
10. Acceptable use. No scraping, fraud, reselling abuse or interference with the site.
11. Disclaimers and limits of liability. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is", Watrem is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Disputes. Please contact us first at info@watrem.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the county where you live or in Wake County, North Carolina. Any other dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. For claims under $10,000, Watrem will pay the filing, administration and arbitrator fees unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous. The hearing may take place by phone or video, or in the county where you live. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@watrem.com within 30 days of your first order with your name and a statement that you opt out. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration section does not apply, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
13. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
14. Language. These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
